Everything you need to know about WithMarsha
WithMarsha is an educational DBT app for learning and practicing DBT skills between sessions. It provides a structured skill library with a conversational companion - describe what you're experiencing, and Marsha will surface the most relevant skill and walk you through how to practice it. Peek at how the experience flows from morning check-ins to evening reflections.
Marsha does not assess your mental health, adapt a treatment plan, or intervene in a crisis. When you describe what you're experiencing, the AI selects the most relevant skill from a fixed psychoeducational content library and explains how to practice it. Think of it as a DBT workbook that knows where to open - the AI navigates to the right page based on your input. It does not diagnose any condition or provide clinical treatment of any kind.
No. WithMarsha is an educational tool designed to help you practice DBT skills, but it is NOT therapy or a substitute for professional mental health care. We encourage using WithMarsha alongside therapy with a qualified mental health professional. Review our disclaimer and keep our crisis resources on hand for urgent help.
A DBT app can reinforce homework, make skills easier to access in daily life, and give you a structured place to practice when emotions spike outside the therapy room. WithMarsha focuses on those between-session moments.
DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) skills are evidence-based techniques that help manage emotions, improve relationships, and build resilience. The four core modules are: Mindfulness, Emotion Regulation, Distress Tolerance, and Interpersonal Effectiveness. Learn more about each inside our DBT guide.
WithMarsha will offer both free and premium tiers. Curious what's inside? Tour the core product flow.
