Important: WithMarsha is Not Therapy

WithMarsha is a DBT skills coaching tool and is not a substitute for professional mental health care, therapy, or emergency services. By using this service, you acknowledge and agree to this limitation. If you need urgent support, review our crisis resources.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using WithMarsha ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and GTM Bot Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of Service

WithMarsha is an AI-powered application designed to help users learn and practice Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills. For an overview of these skills, visit our DBT guide. The Service includes:

  • •Skill library and educational content
  • •Progress tracking and reflections

3. Not a Medical or Therapeutic Service

IMPORTANT: WithMarsha is NOT therapy, medical care, or a substitute for professional mental health treatment.

  • •Marsha is an AI, not a licensed therapist or medical professional
  • •The Service does not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or mental health condition
  • •In case of emergency, call 911 or 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline)
  • •Always consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical advice

By using this Service, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to these limitations.

4. Eligibility

To use WithMarsha, you must:

  • •Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
  • •Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable law

5. Account Responsibilities

When you create an account, you agree to:

You retain ownership of your personal data and conversations, but grant us a license to use this data to provide and improve the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
