Is WithMarsha a replacement for therapy?

No. WithMarsha is an educational tool designed to help you practice DBT skills, but it is NOT therapy or a substitute for professional mental health care. We encourage using WithMarsha alongside therapy with a qualified mental health professional. Review our disclaimer and keep our crisis resources on hand for urgent help.

What are DBT skills?

DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) skills are evidence-based techniques that help manage emotions, improve relationships, and build resilience.
